Every once in a while as we ponder our life, the question arises: Who Am I?<\/p>\n

It\u2019s a question that confuses most of us at some time or another and yet not having a clear answer can make life confusing.\u00a0 How do we make decisions, important decisions in our life if we don\u2019t have an understanding of who we are?\u00a0 We wouldn\u2019t think about starting a business venture without clearly understanding what our vision is for it and why we are doing it, yet many of us live our lives without any understanding of our purpose or what is important to us.<\/p>\n

Join Lindsay in celebration of the Summer Solstice in a meditative and introspective morning creating a vision for your life, identifying what is most important to you, what you value in life and perhaps understanding your mission in life or our soul \/ sole purpose!<\/p>\n

This is an important time of year as energy shifts with the change in direction and the change in season.\u00a0 It is a time for growth and expansion and focus on spiritual vision\u2026let\u2019s dig in together and create some clarity in your own life in terms of what is most important to you and where you want to steer your life next.\u00a0 After all, if you\u2019re not in the driver\u2019s seat of your life, who is?<\/p>\n
