It’s time to start Meditation again!

It has been quite a year…as well as being on an intensive healing journey I have been fortunate to spend a week in Toronto with Deepak Chopra at the Seduction of Spirit conference, fine tuning and enhancing both my meditation and yoga practices. I can’t wait to share some new learnings with you from that experience!

I’m pleased to say that I am well on the mend, my body getting stronger and healthier every day and a huge reason for that has been my ability to sit in the quiet and listen to my body in terms of how much it needs to rest and how much it needs to be pushed. It is in these silences that we find our answers in life.

Let’s meditate together starting with the New Moon in October and November. The new moon is a great time to commit to new intentions so each class will be structured with time to identify an intention that is either calling your attention or work with an issue that needs attention and is prevalent in the world at that time. There will be both guided and silent meditation.

The New Moon in December falls on the Winter Solstice so there will be an opportunity to blend those two important energetic shifts together. More details about that workshop, meditation and celebration will come shortly.

For those of you who are anxious to return to a regular group practice or learn some more tips I will be offering a 4 week series on Wednesdays starting on Oct. 15, 2014. Each week will have a different focus of how to enhance your practice.
